He was born February 23, 1940, to Lester and Emma Cloud at Ewing, Va. He resided at Schaumburg, Ill. at the time of death.
He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant brother, and father-in-law and mother-in-lawl Kenneth A. and Belle Russell.
Survivors are his loving wife of 48 years, Sue Ann Russell Cloud; son, Mark Allen Cloud; granddaughter, Rachel Ann Cloud; and grandson, Ryan Cloud. Other survivors are sisters, Betty Dworkin and Lucille Thomason; and brothers, Milford, Mike, Harold and Estle.
Tom grew up in the Ewing area, graduated from Thomas Walker High School, and attended Lincoln Memorial University for three years where he had many friends. He was of the Baptist faith having professed faith in Christ at an early age.
During his career, Tom installed telephone office equipment in most states in the Midwestern and northern United States where he had many friends and associates.
