KSP investigating fire in Knox that killed 2 adults, 5 children

GRAY – On March 9, 2013 at approximately 9:57 a.m. Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan received a call from Knox County 911 in reference to a structure fire in the Gray community of Knox County.

The caller advised that there were several subjects inside the residence. Further investigation revealed that seven people had perished in the fire including two adults and five children. At this time the cause of the blaze is undetermined.

Kentucky State Police are conducting the investigation. The names of the deceased have not been released pending identification.
