Two Pennington Gap, Va., residents have been arrested and charged for their alleged involvement in a break-in at the Rose Hill Pharmacy on Thomas Walker Road in Rose Hill, Va.

Molly Marie Napier, 24, and Damian Lambert, 22, were charged with attempted breaking and entering, conspiracy and destruction of property less than $1,000.

They were being held at the Duffield Regional Jail for arraignment in general district court.

On Wednesday, at approximately 1:46 a.m., the Lee County Sheriff’s Office dispatch received a call that a person was trying to break into the pharmacy.

Lt. Chris Oakley, Deputy Dave Seals and criminal investigator Bobby Ellis were dispatched to the scene.

After reviewing surveillance video, it showed a man wearing a sweatshirt trying to pry the door open on the west end of the pharmacy with a crowbar, according to a press release.

Police said the video showed the suspect leave on foot and go into the woods.

According to the press release, officers found the subject in a car in the Super Dollar parking lot. The driver of the car was identified as Napier and the suspect who allegedly attempted to break into the pharmacy was Lambert.

Officers said they were able to identify Lambert from the surveillance video.
