Middlesboro Mall

Middlesboro Mall, located in Middlesboro, Kentucky, is a three anchor enclosed mall of 317,426 sq ft.  The mall opened in October 1983, with Belk, J.C. Penney, K-Mart and an array of specialty merchants.  Sears joined the Middlesboro Mall roster in June, 1987, with a 16,500 square foot store and then expanded in 1989 another 5,283 square feet.  K-Mart closed June 1, 2002. Roses opened to fill the K-Mart store in 2010. Our center is presently 92.0% occupied.
