James Daniel Capps, 36, of Middlesboro, theft by deception and fourth-degree assault;

Joshua Parks, 25, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking;

Jessica Lynn Mink, 28, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal trespass;

Marcus W. Cowan, 21, of Sevierville, Tennessee, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, improper/no windshield, improper equipment or failure to produce insurance card;

Travis Prater, 26, of Middlesboro, served a bench warrant;

Matthew Barnett, 32, of Middlesboro, served two bench warrants;

Rickey West, 50, of Fourmile, served two bench warrants;

Claude Dixon II, 20, of Middlesboro, served a bench warrant and theft by unlawful taking;

William Lesak, 21, of Harrogate, Tennessee, contempt of court;

John Michael Hurley, 33, of Kettle Island, served two bench warrants;

Michael Lamont Wilson, 28, of Middlesboro, served four bench warrants;

Kari Michelle Parker, 33, of Kettle Island, operating on a suspended/revoked license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance cards, display of illegal/altered license plate, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and theft by unlawful taking;

Clifford Ray York, 32, of Arjay, public intoxication;

Joshua D. Maggard, 28, of Middlesboro, operating a vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended/revoked license, failure to produce insurance card and two counts of failure to wear seat belts;

Tim Carmanck, 40, of Middlesboro, served two bench warrants;

Michelle L. Brock, 43, of Pineville, served three bench warrants;

Larry Combs, 39, of Middlesboro, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and no operators/moped license;

Daniel Ledford, 35, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking and served two bench warrants.
