The following individuals were recently indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury:
Robert A. Marlow, 31, of Loyall, receiving stolen property under $10,000 and first-degree persistent felony offender;
Benjamin Mark Jones, 31, of Middlesboro, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, public intoxication by a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree persistent felony offender;
Ryan David Snowden, 19, of Pineville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance;
Arlin Covey Brock, 46, of Arjay, cultivation of marijuana, five or more plants, and convicted felon in possession of a firearm;
Brenda Rainey, 41, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;
Stacey Lynn Sparks, 40, of Middlesboro, operating motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of marijuana, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, failure to or improper signal, tampering with physical evidence, failure to wear seat belt and first-degree promoting contraband;
Roy Darrell Sanders III, 39, of Pineville, second-degree escape, second-degree fleeing or evading and second-degree persistent felony offender;
Robert M. Bidlingmyer, 52, of Speedwell, Tennessee, first-degree criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance;
John Franklin Maples, 41, of McKee, two counts of convicted felon in possession of a handgun, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree burglary and first-degree persistent felony offender;
Kevin Wayne Runles, 27, of Harrogate, Tennessee, theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal trespass;
Allen Wayne Robbins, 26, of Middlesboro, complicity to commit theft by unlawful taking or disposition and second-degree criminal trespass;
Jason Alan Aldridge, 33, of Pineville, theft by unlawful taking, second-degree criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.
