Multiple drug indictments handed down


The following individuals were recently indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury:

Joseph F. Aker, 39, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance;

Frankie Shawn Cox, 36, of Pineville, theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal mischief;

Ronnie E. Mink, 37, of Middlesboro, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and drug paraphernalia;

Joshua Roy Mullins, 25, of Speedwell, Tennessee, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia;

Ryan S. Wyrick, 23, of Middlesboro, two county of unlawfully providing or permitting a minor to possess a handgun, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, trafficking in marijuana, less than eight ounces, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor;

Joseph Caldwell, 39, of Bledsoe, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband;

Jackie Lynn McQueen, 31, of Arjay, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance;

Justice L. Baker, 21, of Middlesboro, receiving stolen property;

Timothy E. Jeffrey, 50, of Pineville, second-degree robbery, menacing and public intoxication;

Tessie Marie Hoskins, 38, of Middlesboro, theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication and second-degree possession of a controlled substance;

Steven Len Turner, 41, of Pineville, two counts of receiving stolen property, convicted felon in possession of a firearm and first-degree persistent felony offender;

Joshua L. Logan, 30, of Arjay, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and alcohol intoxication;

Kenneth Wayne Williams, 36, of Pineville, first-degree promoting contraband, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and second-degree persistent felony offender;

Anthony Glenn Long, 36, of McKee, manufacturing meth, intimidating a participant in a legal process, third-degree terroristic threatening and first-degree persistent felony offender;

Timothy Ellis Martin, 52, of Middlesboro, alcohol intoxication, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance;

Angela Renee Maples, 39, of Middlesboro, manufacturing meth, possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree persistent felony offender;

Robert M. Bidlingmyer, 52, of Pineville, third-degree assault.
