Joe P. Asher|Daily EnterpriseA two-vehicle collision on U.S. 421 at the Tway Hollow intersection sent one to the hospital Thursday afternoon. According to Harlan City Police Officer George Young, David Arwood, 45, of Coxton, was traveling south in a 1988 Dodge Dakota pickup when Lee Daniels, 62, of Loyall, exited from the Tway Hollow bridge. “Traffic was backed up,” said Young. “They beckoned him out and not being able to see around traffic it looks like he (Daniels) pulled into the path of Mr. Arwood.” The incident is still under investigation.
