The Bell County Lady Cats wrapped up the third annual K-8th Lady Cats Elementary Basketball Camp on Friday.

Lady Cat head basketball coach David Teague said he was pleased with every kid that participated in the camp.

“Each camper worked hard and demonstrated a positive attitude toward learning the game of basketball,” he said.

The campers worked on skills such as ballhandling, shooting, passing, defense and rebounding. Also, the campers participated in competitions of free-throw shooting, 1 on 1 and hot-shot. They were divided into the following age groups for the competitions and stations: K-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th and 7-8th.
