Clyne “Bo” Carmack, age 45, passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at his home.

He was born Dec. 10, 1966, in Middlesboro, and was the son of the late Glen and Geneva Wilford Carmack. H believed in the Holiness faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Grady, J.W. and E.J. Carmack; one sister, Betty Sears; maternal grandparents, William and Betty Wilford; and paternal grandparents, John and Dellie Carmack.

He is survived by the following members of his family: two sisters, Anne (Robert) Gunter and Angel (Mike) Hood of Middlesboro; one brother, William Boyd Carmack of Ypsilanti, Mich.; a host of nieces and nephews; special nieces, Sarah Ann Slusher and Amber Honeycutt; special nephew, Justin Honeycutt; and special great-niece and great-nephew, Alyson and Gabriel West.

Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday at the Creech Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Buell presiding.

Interment will follow in the Smith Cemetery on Stevens Branch in Middlesboro. Pallbearers will be Mike Hood, Ralph Price, Bill Ledford, Tim Lamb, Sam Douglas and Donnie Propst.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Creech Funeral Home.
