A Middlesboro man remained behind bars on Monday after allegedly being involved with a burglary at Cumberland Village.

Bradley Joe McNally, 24, was arrested by officer Jordan Hurd of the Middlesboro Police Department on two counts of second-degree burglary.

According to the arrest citation, McNally allegedly entered an apartment in Cumberland Village without permission of the homeowner or the person staying in the home twice.

McNally allegedly took items from the home on both occasions, throwing items out the back window on the second break-in.

McNally was also arrested and charged with resisting arrest after allegedly attempting to prevent officers from placing him under arrested.

According to the citation, McNally hid in a bedroom and refused to come out upon officers orders.

McNally also allegedly pulled away as officers attempted to arrest him.
