Staff Report
A Middlesboro man is behind bars after being arrested on methamphetamine charges. Bryan Scott Bogucki, 37, of Middlesboro, was arrested by officers from the Middlesboro Police Department (MPD) on the charge of manufacturing methamphetamine.
Officer Barry Cowan had a conference call with a female that reported Bogucki was allegedly teaching people how to cook meth at his residence, according to the arrest citation. Cowan and officer Josh Pratt went to Bogucki’s residence following the phone call.
Once there, Bogucki allegedly allowed both officers inside. Officers said they found several precursors that indicated Bogucki was cooking meth at the residence.
Bogucki was also charged on two counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child because there were two children who were in the house as well, according to the citation.
Bogucki is currently being held in the Bell County Detention Center.
