Jim Melton was recently installed as the new Middlesboro Kiwanis president. He replaces Richard Smith, who served well for the past two years. Middlesboro Kiwanis celebrates their 92d anniversary this week. The main emphasis of the Kiwanis is serving the children of Middlesboro.
