One individual was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash along KY 74 in Middlesboro. According to officer Max Graves of the Bell County Sheriff’s Department, a Bell County Coal employee was driving the tractor when the truck slammed into the rear of the vehicle. The operator of the truck was transported to Middlesboro ARH. No names were released at the time of the accident.
