Kristy Shevon Osborne, of Evarts, and Franklin Tyler Reeder announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. The bride-elect is the daughter of Glen David and Terry Osborne, of Evarts. She is the granddaughter of Delphia Vaughn, of Evarts, the late Elmer E. Vaughn and the late Charles and Thelma Osborne. She is a 2008 graduate of Evarts High School and is presently employed by Harlan ARH Hospital. The prospective groom is the son Frankie and Rhonda Reeder, of Arjay. He is the grandson of Birdie and Clyde Reeder Sr., of Arjay, Ruby Partin, of Flat Lick, and Nolan Ellis, of Cincinnati, Ohio, He is a 2009 graduate of Bell County High School and is presently employed by Lone Mountain Processing. The wedding will begin at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Sunshine Church of God in Harlan.
