Latonya Lagaye Farrow, 22, and Brett Matthew Willams, 27, both of Middlesboro, were arrested for drug possession.
Farrow was arrested on two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance. During a search following a shoplifting arrest of Farrow, Middlesboro police officers found a glass crack pipe containing black residue in her back pocket, according to the arrest citation. During an alleged field test, the residue tested positive for cocaine.

Williams was arrested on the charge of second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. Police were dispatched to a residence in Hinks Heights to resolve a dispute between Williams and a female subject.
Upon arrival, Williams was wanted on a bench warrant which had been issued for his arrest. According to the arrest citation, a search took place where officers from the MPD allegedly found a white pill marked M363 and two blue pills marked G3721 inside a Marlboro cigarette pack.
