The Bell County Chamber of Commerce presented a check to the Ray of Hope Children’s Advocacy Center on Monday. The Ray of Hope was one of the non-profit organizations who participated in the chamber chocolate craze at the Middlesboro Mall. The center sold tickets and received half the amount of each ticket sold ($5).
