KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Union College men’s golf team will start their Fall 2015 campaign ranked 21st in the NAIA. The organization released the 2015-16 Men’s Golf Coaches’ Preseason Top 25 Poll on Friday afternoon.

The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences, A.I.I. and unaffiliated groups. Union, led by third year head coach Tony Carruba, joins fellow Appalachian Athletic Conference member Tennessee Wesleyan in the first poll of the season, as TWC is ranked 14th in the poll.

The Bulldogs will enter the fall season after finishing the 2014-2015 ranked 25th in the coaches’ poll, while placing in the top four in each of the nine tournaments they participated in last year.

The highlight for the Bulldogs 2014-2015 season came in the Fall AAC Championship, where Union knocked off Tennessee Wesleyan in a playoff to take the 2014 Fall AAC Championship.
