She was born Jan. 25, 1909, and was the daughter of the late Henry Neal and Abbie Gail Helton Neal. She belied in the holiness faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Napier; daughter, Amanda Napier; and son-in-law, Delbert Elliott.
Survivors include her son, Pearl Napier, Jeffersonville, Ind.; one daughter, Myrtle Elliott; grandchildren, Debbie Brock, London, Ky., Bridget Brock, Middlesboro, Pat Napier, Kettle Island, Rose Napier, Kettle Island, Kim Pollen, Jeffersonville, Ind., Freddie Elliott, Beach Park, Ill., Donnie Elliott, Calvin, Tony Elliott, Frankfort, Ky., Tim Elliott, Pineville, Barbara Elliott, Pineville, Tina Hubbard, Kettle Island; two sisters, Edna Collett, Kettle Island, and Francis Green, South Carolina; great-grandchildren, Michael Brock; and a host of other great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home with the Rev. George Neal presiding. Music will be provided by Lucy Smith.
Burial will be in Napier Cemetery at Kettle Island. Honorary pallbearers will be all staff and residents of the Middlesboro Health Care Facility.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
