HANCES CREEK - Boyd Miracle, 70, passed away Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, at East Tennessee Baptist Hospital, Knoxville.

He was born in Pittman's Creek on June 24, 1935, the son of the late Robert and Carrie Hoskins Miracle. A United States Army Veteran, he had also been a truck driver for Southwestern Ohio Steel and was an avid sportsman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Miracle, nephew, Eddie Dewayne Robbins, and a niece, Laura Jean Miracle,

Survivors include his sons, Dennis Boyd Miracle and his wife, Charlotte of Mansfield, Ohio, and Brian Keith Miracle of Hamilton, Ohio; the mother of his sons, Iva Maureen; grandchildren, Ryan Tyler Miracle of Marion, Ohio, Ashley Nicole Miracle of Mansfield, Ohio, Kristen Nicole Miracle and Emily Rose Albright, both of Hamilton, Ohio; brothers and sisters, Gerlene Blackwell of Calvin, Shirley Osborne of Knoxville, James Miracle of Calvin, Hattie (Donald) Evans of Williamsburg, Va., Lilly Gibson of Middleboro, Rob (Nancy) Miracle Jr. of Hamilton; sister-in-law, Colleen Miracle of Calvin; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Terry presiding.

Burial will be in the Cubbage Cemetery at Cubbage. Pallbearers will be Wade Miracle, Jarv Miller, Geoff Osborne, Ryan Osborne and Nick Blackwell. Honorary pallbearer will be Danny Blackwell,

The family will receive friends Saturday after 9 a.m. until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
