A draft of the Brownfield grant application is available for public review and comment at the county mayor's office in the following counties: Scott, Campbell, Claiborne, Union, Grainger, Morgan, Anderson, Knox, Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Sevier, Blount, Loudon, Roane, and Monroe.
