Jackson was charged with Murder and was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
The charge stemmed from a 2004 fatal crash that Jackson was involved in on U.S. 25E at Log Mountain just south of Pineville.
This case is still under investigation by Trooper Jeff Anderson Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan.
