Dewitt is an ordnance officer serving as the Company A, 935th Area Support Battalion commander, located in Aurora. He works full-time with the Missouri National Guard in the Operations Center as an assistant operations officer in Jefferson City.
Dewitt has served in the Missouri National Guard for four years. He received his commission in 2004 from Lincoln University's ROTC program. He is a 1999 graduate of Gen. H.H. Arnold High School, located in Wiesbaden, Germany.
He and his fianc/, Jade Chilton, live in Warrensburg with their three year old daughter, Riley.
