Larry Combs, 28, of Middlesboro, had been charged with grand larceny by fraud. In court he was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay restitution.
The judge said Combs was to immediately pay $900 and to make $400 monthly payments. As a stipulation, Combs was ordered to successfully complete a probation period he is currently serving in Kentucky.
