New Tazewell, Tenn. - Terry Wayne Farmer, 36, born June 1, 1970, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2006, at the Baptist Hospital in Knoxville, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul William Farmer, and mother, Faye Shelton Nantz.

Survivors include his wife, Chasity Farmer; sons, Paul Wesley, Floyd Franklin, and Terry Wayne II Farmer, Jesse, Ronnie, Michael, and Robbie Smith; three daughters, Brianna Paige Brooks, Audrey Faye and Melissa Marcella Jane Farmer; sister, Linda Jane Combs Gulley; brother, Lewis William (Bud) Farmer; nephews, Brandon Combs and Travis Farmer; a host of other relatives and friends; and special friends Hershel and David Bowens.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, at Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Jolly officiating.

Music will be provided by Debbie Butner.

Burial will be in the Morning Star Cemetery.

Pallbearers are David Seals, Robert Farmer, Phillip Mullins, Ronnie Smith, Jesse Smith, Michael Smith, John Gulley, and Jay Daniels. Honorary pallbearers are Henry Ford Rouse and Terry Lock.

The family will received friends from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, at Claiborne Funeral Home, New Tazewell, Tenn., which is in charge of arrangements.
