Bell's girls, led by fifth-grader Kelly Brown, eighth-grader Caitlin Gibson and senior Brooke White, stormed out to an early lead never looked back.
Brown was ahead by over 100 yards before the first quarter-mile was run and won the 5k run by 38 seconds over Gibson.
Brown posted a time of 21:37.03 on her home course, which includes an uphill climb into the woods behind Bell Central.
Gibson and White placed second and third, while teammates Sarah Hobbs and Brittany Collins were fourth and fifth.
The top seven finishers make the all-SEKC team. The five Lady Cats were joined by Williamsburg's Sarah Perkins, who finished fourth and Evarts eighth-grader Haley Helton.
Brittany Rutherford placed ninth for Bell County.
With their top five runners accumulating 17 points, the Lady Cats easily won the team competition. Williamsburg was second with 55 points, just ahead of Knox Central's 56.

Meanwhile Knox Central's Chris Ward was staying back in the pack, waiting to make his move.
Ward, a senior, overtook Brown, a seventh-grader, to win the race with a time of 17:49.77. Brown held on for second, just four seconds behind.
