A graduate of Thomas Walker High School and Lincoln Memorial University, Dr. Crumley earned his medical degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his surgical residency at Pennsylvania's Pinnacle Health Hospital where he served as chief surgical resident.
Dr. Crumley has specialized training in advanced laparoscopic surgery and is accepting new patients at his office at the Medical Arts Center located at 3004 Cumberland Avenue in Middlesboro. For more information call (606) 248-4131.

Prior to returning to Middlesboro, Dr. Crumley served as the Chief of Surgery at Stanly Memorial Hospital in Albemarle, NC. He is the son of Charlie and Barbara Crumley of Ewing, Virginia. Dr. Crumley and his wife, Frances, have six children.
The public is invited to attend a Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Dr. Crumley's new practice on Wednesday, November 29 at 12:30 p.m at the Medical Arts Center, 3004 Cumberland Avenue in Middlesboro. An Open House will be held 4:30-7:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
