She was a member of UAW local 488 and The United Way. She was preceded in death by brother: Jaye R. Bruce; sister: Brenda Faye Vitrano.
She is survived by son: Nathan Joseph Ammon of Galesburg, Mich.; parents: Sidney Johnson Bruce Jr. and OraMae Stephenson Bruce of Ewing, Va; brother: Sidney Johnson Bruce III of Maynardville; sister: Bessie Lee Yeider of Galesburg, Mich.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, February 14 at 2 p.m. at Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel with Doug Ellison officiating.
