The 46th annual commencement and awarding of degrees at Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College was held May 6 at the Harlan County High School with over 400 graduates receiving degrees and diplomas. Dr. Vivian B. Blevins, a nationally-known educator and former president of Southeast, delivered the keynote address. Graduates from each of the college’s five campuses located at Harlan, Cumberland, Whitesburg, Middlesboro and Pineville participated.
