PATHFORK—Johnny Dale Hensley, 50, of Pathfork, KY, passed away Wednesday May 25, 2011 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born August 17, 1960 in Pineville, KY, the son of the late Charlie and Rebecca Craig Hensley. He was a believer in the Pentecostal Faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Franklin D. and Charles Hensley. He is survived by the following members of his family:

6 Children: Johnny Dale Hensley, Jr. – Somerset, KY; Rebecca Hensley – Somerset, KY, Tim Hensley – Pineville, KY; Brad Hensley – Pineville, KY; Johnny Joe Hensley – Somerset, KY and Allison Hensley – Somerset, KY

4 Sisters: Judy Freeman – Pathfork, KY; Ellen Hamlin – Pathfork, KY; Lou Estes – Pathfork, KY; and Patsy Shelton – Stanford, KY; Special Friend: Kim; 4 Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday May 28, 2011 at the Blackstar Pentecostal Church with the Rev. J.C. Craig and the Rev. Everett Eads presiding. Music will be provided by the Church Singers. Interment will follow in the Hensley Family Cemetery at Pathfork, KY. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at 5 p.m. Friday, at the Blackstar Pentecostal Church.
