LONDON, Ky. — Bill Roark Jr., 59 of London, KY passed away Saturday May 2, 2008, at his home. He was born on August 30, 1948 in Bell County, to the late Bill Roark Sr. and Sarah Brock Bowman. He attended Calvary Worship Center in London, Ky.

Survivors include the following members of his family: sons: Keith W. (Shannon) Roark, New Haven, Ky., Tim (Heather) Roark, Richmond, Ky.; daughters, Faith (Travis) Keck, New Tazewell, Tenn., Tiffany (Pete) Newby, Pineville; brothers, Johnny Roark, Peeples, Ohio, Willie Roark, LaFollett, Tenn., Ray Roark, Speedwell, Tenn.; sisters, Viva Broughton, Indiana, Dorothy Trump, Arizona, Nancy Wilkerson, Texas, Hazel Wilkerson, Dry Ridge, Ky., Pearl Wingier, Williamsburg, Ky., Reba Sexton, Middlesboro, and Amanda Henson, Covington, Ky.; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends and loved ones.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Dyche and the Rev. Louie J. Harrison officiating.

Burial will follow in the Roark Family Cemetery at Carter Branch. Pallbearers will be David Ingram, Jonthan McGeorge, Pete Newby, Charles Miracle, Dewight Carnes, Kenneth Sams.

The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
