PINEVILLE— The following individuals were recently sentenced:

Clifford York, 28 of Arjay, pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment in the first degree, attempted burglary in the third degree, and possession of burglary tools. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary under count I of the indictment and 123 days in the Bell County Jail under counts II and III, that such sentences shall be probated the Defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years under count I.

Kenneth Saylor, 45 of Coldiron, Ky., pleaded guilty on the charge of robbery in the second degree. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.

James Johnson, 41 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty on the charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, and possession of Marijuana. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary under counts III of the indictment and twelve months in the Bell County Jail under counts II and IV.

Melissa Frasure, 35 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to 17 counts of theft by unlawful taking (over $300) and 24 counts of theft by unlawful taking (under $300). She was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary under counts I – XVII of the indictment and twelve months in the Bell County Jail under counts XVII – XXXXII. That such sentences be probated, the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years under counts I – XVII of the indictment.

Ashley Davis, 24 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of theft of identity of another without consent. She was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary, that such sentence shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of five years.

Christopher Middleton, 18 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary in the third degree. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary.

Brett Williams, 26 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary in the third degree. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary.

John Graster, 40 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.

Jeffrey Wooton, 47 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of flagrant non-support. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary, that such sentence be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years.

Barbara Russell, 32 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal possession of a forged prescription. She was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.

Brad Howard, 40 of Harlan, Ky., pleaded guilty to the charges of tampering with physical evidence and abuse of corpse. He was sentenced to four years in the penitentiary under count one of the indictment and twelve months in the Bell County Jail under count II.

Brian Rarrieck, 39 of London, Ky., pleaded guilty to three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and burglary in the second degree. He was sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary under count IV of the indictment and five years in the penitentiary under counts I – III.

Ronald Caldwell, 44 of Mary Alice, Ky., pleaded guilty to Fleeing or evading police in the first degree and wanton endangerment in the first degree. He was sentenced to ninety days in the Bell County Jail. For the remainder of the sentences, the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years.

Lacy Partin, II, 31 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal possession of a forged prescription. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary.

Charles Brummett, II, 35 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to the charges of burglary in the second degree and three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. He was sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary under count I of the indictment and five years in the penitentiary under counts II – IV.

Aaron Hatfield, 22 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to ninety days in the Bell Count Jail under counts I and II of the Indictment. For the remainder of the sentence, the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of twenty-four months under count I.

Edward Wallace, 22 of Harrogate, Tenn., pleaded guilty to the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and fleeing or evading police in the second degree. He was sentenced to thirty days in the Bell County Jail.

Jennifer Lydic, 34 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of receiving stolen property over $500 and theft by deception under $500. She was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary under count I of the indictment and twelve months in the Bell County Jail under count II, that such sentences shall be probated, and the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of five years under count I.

Christopher Smith, 29 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to the charge of utter false/forged prescription and theft of identity of another without consent. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary under counts I and II of the indictment, that such sentences shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years under counts I and II.

Joshua Smith, 29 of Sharps Chapel, Tenn., plead guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary, that such sentence shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of three years.

Steven Turner, 37 of Pineville, was found guilty of assault in the second degree and for being a persistent felony offender in the first degree. He was sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary under count I of the indictment and twenty years in the penitentiary under count II.

Tina Partin, 43 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to the charge of manufacturing methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 10 years in the penitentiary.

Demetrice Osborne, 27 of Evarts, Ky., pleaded guilty to criminal facilitation to commit assault in the second degree. He was sentenced to twelve months in the Bell County Jail under count I of the indictment, that such sentence shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of twenty-four months.

Dominic Carton, 19 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to criminal facilitation to commit assault in the second degree. He was sentenced to twelve months in the Bell County Jail, that such sentence be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of twenty-four months.

Johnathan Taylor, 23 of Barbourville, Ky., pleaded guilty to burglary in the third degree. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary, that such sentenced be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years.

Jerry Allen, 38 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in the first degree. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary, that such sentence be probated, and the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of three years.

Barbara York, 42 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of theft by unlawful taking (firearm). She was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary, that such sentence shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years.

Francis Bailey, 28 of Mount Vernon, Ky., pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree. She was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary, that such sentence shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for three years.

Brandon McCarty, 38 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to the charges of facilitation to manufacture methamphetamine and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary under count I of the indictment and twelve months in the Bell County Jail under count II.

Donald King, of Pineville, pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary in the third degree. He was sentenced to two years in the penitentiary.

Michael Willis, 39 of Pineville, pleaded guilty to fleeing or evading police in the second degree. He was sentenced to 60 days in the Bell County Jail under count I of the indictment. The defendant shall serve the remainder of the sentence under count I of the indictment under unsupervised probation for a period of twenty-four months.

Brian Langford, 44 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. He was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary under count II of the indictment and twelve months in the Bell County Jail under count IV of the indictment, that such sentences shall be probated, and the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of three years.

Billy Parks, 34 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (second or greater offense. He was sentenced to one year in the penitentiary.

Jeffery Knack, 20 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of 29 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree. He was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary under counts I – XXIX of the indictment, that such sentences shall be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on supervised probation for five years.

Steven Hoskins, 23 of Middlesboro, pleaded guilty to the charge of burglary in the second degree. He was sentenced to eight years in the penitentiary.

Megan Marlow, 24 of Harrogate, Tenn., pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree. She was sentenced to twelve months in the Bell County Jail, that such sentences be probated, and that the defendant shall be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of twenty-four months.
