The Halls were indicted on various degrees of theft involving the charitable gaming funds.
William Wesley Wilder also appeared in court Wednesday. Wilder’s court date was set for May 15 at 9 a.m.
Wilder was charged with several rape and sodomy charges dating back to September 2011.
