Bell County grand jury hands down indictments

PINEVILLE — The Bell County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments recently:

Michael Paul North, 34 of Flat Lick, was indicted on the charge of robbery in the first degree.

Larry J. McNally, 47 of Fort Wayne, In., was indicted on the charge of criminal possession of a forged prescription.

Jason Taylor Shipley, 30 of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and theft by unlawful taking (under $500).

Timothy W. Marlow, 25 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of burglary in the second degree.

David Allen Combs, 27 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of burglary in the second degree.

Gary W. Greene, 28 of Coldiron, Ky., was indicted on the charges of burglary in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, and for being a persistent felony offender.

Michelle Dawn Murphy, 37 of Cannon, Ky., was indicted on the charge of complicity to commit robbery in the first degree.
