Two Middlesboro men were indicted on burglary charges. Joe Leon and Jason Randall Bullins were indicted for first-degree burglary. The two men allegedly entered the home of Tim and Sarah Hoskins, armed with deadly weapons with the intent to commit a crime, according to the indictment.
The two individuals were also indicted with second-degree burglary for allegedly entering the home of Mary Miracle Johnson with the intent to commit a crime. Other charges that the Bullins share include: being persistent first-degree felony offenders, receiving stolen property (firearm), convicted felon in possession of handgun and receiving stolen property over $500.
The following individuals were also indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury:
Charles Lewis, 66 of Cumberland, was indicted on three counts of receiving stolen property under $500, receiving stolen property over $500 and for being a second-degree persistent felony offender.
Rosa Lee Smith of Middlesboro was indicted on the charge of first-degree promoting contraband and possession of marijuana.
Harley Dewayne Sturdivant, 36 of Hulen, was indicted on the charge of theft by unlawful taking over $500 and for being a persistent first-degree felony offender.
Whitney Lynn Rice, 23 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Thomas L. Walker, 30 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Justin Simpson, 26 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
Billie Jean Bullins of Middlesboro was indicted on two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, one count of second- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Charles Floyd Brock, 48 of Beverly, was indicted on receiving stolen property over $10,000.
Darin James Hensley, 39 of Beverly, was indicted on receiving stolen property over $10,000.
James Forester Holland, 41 of Essie, was indicted on the charge of receiving stolen property over $10,000.
Jeremy Gillous Messer, 30 of Arjay, was indicted on the charge of first-degree trafficking a controlled substance in the first degree.
Jimmy Wayne Helton, 27 of Kettle Island, was indicted on first-degree trafficking a controlled substance.
Mike L. Bullins of Middlesboro was indicted on two counts of receiving stolen property (over and under $500).
Bobby Joe Bullins of Middlesboro was indicted on the charge of receiving stolen property over $500.
James W. Miller, 44 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charges of resisting arrest, menacing, failure to comply with sex offender registration and for being a persistent second-degree felony offender.
Sheila Lou Duncan, 48 of Miracle, was indicted on the charge of second-degree complicity to commit burglary.
April R. Ramsey, 20 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of second-degree complicity to commit burglary.
An indictment is an accusation only. Those indicted are to be presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
