Virginia Lynn Susi, 59 of Middlesboro, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
Born March 3, 1953, in Peoria, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Richard Brown and Catherine Sutton Clay who survives. She believed in the Baptist faith.
She is survived by the following members of her family: mother, Catherine Clay of Middlesboro; four children, Anita Brown of Middlesboro, Patrick (Bobbie Jo) Collins of Rutledge, Tenn., Chastity (Randy) Baker of Corbin and Mitchell (Christy) Phares of Pineville; one brother, Tony McKinney of Reseda, Calif.; two sisters, Diane (Ron Kanefsky) Clay of Middlesboro and Cecilia (Mitchell) Mayes of Middlesboro; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Baker presiding. Music will be provided by Catherine Clay.
Interment will follow in the Hensley Chapel Cemetery in Middlesboro.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the Creech Funeral Home.
