This building is currently in the process of being torn down. It was once a storage unit for Smith Electric, a longtime family owned appliance store located on 20th and Cumberland. It was operated by the Dave Smith Family.
The storage unit is located on the corner of 20th Street and Exeter. One source also stated that the building was rumored to be a bar at one time in the distant past.
