Madison Rose Shackleford, infant daughter of Joshua and Sara K. Mays Shackleford, passed away October 2 ,2012 in the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital.
In addition to her parents, survivors include one brother, Joshua Charles Shackleford and grandparents, Rhonda Mullins and Lucy Brock.
Graveside service will be 4 p.m. Friday October 5, 2012 at the Duncan Cemetery in Dunlap Hollow at Noetown with Rev. Ralph Tennyson. Family will meet at Shumate Funeral Home to go to the Cemetery Friday at 3 p.m.
