William Thomas Ledford, 83 of Louisville, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2012, at his home in Louisville. He was born in Twila, KY on November 15, 1928 a son of the late William Ledford and Mossie Rutherford Slusher. He had been an auto mobile dealer and was a 32 Degree Mason. He had served in the U.S. Air Force.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by daughters, Ruth and Patricia Ledford.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Rosetta Howard Ledford; children, Rochelle Millsap, Jenny Headlee, Mary Ledford and William Wesley Ledford; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Lewis Slusher, Lassie Lewis, Ruby Wilson, Arnold Slusher and David Slusher and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services were held at noon Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Howard. Music was by the church singers. Burial was in the Tackett Hill Cemetery at Hulen. Pallbearers will be grandsons and brothers.

The family received friends from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Ledford Family. Light a virtual candle and sign the guest register at www.arnettsteele.com.
