Mary Beth Shackles, age 32 of Washburn, Tennessee, passed away October 29,2012 at her home. She was born in Middlesboro, Ky. on September 3, 1980, the daughter of Rick Shackles Sr. and the late Bonnie Hatfield Shackles.

She is survived by her father, Rick Shackles Sr.; two sons, Christopher Dalton and Zackery Dalton; brother, Rick Shackles Jr.; her fiancée, Adron William McKinney; grandparents, Mary Carmack and Hoss Hatfield and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, family and friends.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2012 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Donehew. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
