Middlesboro native and gospel artist Jennifer Webb recently released her newest album entitled “Your Voice.”

Webb plans to began her tour to promote the CD in February. Her album can be purchased at cdbaby.com or on I-Tunes.

“I hope to be in town after the first of the year and schedule a concert,” said Webb in an email correspondence. “There are several local stations playing the music (in Middlesboro), and I am so thankful for the support.”

Webb has released a total of three albums, with “Cloud 10” and “Invitation” being the first two. She released her first demo album in 1999.

Webb has worked with musicians who have won Grammy’s, Emmy’s and Dove awards. She has opened for national acts such as Andy Griggs, Highway 101, T. Graham Brown and Exile.

A member of Central Baptist Church, Webb often visits several churches to sing for revivals.

“God has opened many doors, and my prayer is that I will stay in the center of his will,” said Webb.

Webb now lives in Winchester with her husband, Thomas Webb, and their two daughters, Whitney and Alyssa.

Before Webb was a gospel music artist, she was a Middlesboro resident.

Webb was born to Larry Partin and Kathy Abbott Harman. She began singing as a child in church. Webb stated she attended Beans Fork Baptist Church.

Webb stated this was where she realized her dream to be on stage. She joined her first band in 1993. With the release of her debut album, Webb stated she reached one of many goals she set for herself.

Some of Webb’s earliest musical influences include Joan Mason and Helen Marsee, both from Middlesboro. She stated later influences included Loretta Lynn, Reba, The Judds and many 80’s rock bands.
