David Lee Fuson, 68 of Ingram, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was born in Ingram on February 28, 1944 and was the son of Joe, Jr. and Connie Lena Howard Fuson. David served our country in the United States Army, from which he retired at the rank of Sergeant First Class, having served as an Infantryman and then finishing his career as Utility Engineer Supervisor.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Donna Louise Smith Fuson; sister, Ruby Fuson; brothers, Amos, Edward and Charles Fuson.

Survivors include his children, Barbie Fuson and David Allen Fuson; grandson, Christian Luke Fuson; brothers and sisters, Doris Willis Fuson, Maudie Childress, Doyle Fuson, Betty Mullany, Donnie Fuson, Mary Hall, Dolly Stapleton, Trula Earley and Deley Clement; Damon Underwood, who he loved as a son; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Doris Fuson Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
