The following individuals were recently arrested and lodged at the Bell County Detention Center:
Dustin Baker, 28, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charge of parole violation;
Jason Barnes, 32, of Ewing, Va., arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended/revoked operators license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia;
Amanda Berry, 26, of Middlesboro, arrested on two bench warrants for court;
Michelle Brock, 40, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia;
Casey Brummett, 31, of Middlesboro, arrested on two bench warrants for court;
Melissa Cox, 43, of Kettle Island, arrested on the charge of theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting);
Tara Cupp, 37, of Pineville, arrested on the charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and drug paraphernalia;
Daryl Evans, 20, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charge of serving a bench warrant for court;
Andrew Gerding, 31, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charge of second-degree robbery;
Jeffery Hembree, 41, of Cumberland Gap, TN, arrested on the charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia;
William Lord, 30, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charges of endangering the welfare of a minor and drug paraphernalia;
Rebecca Marcum, 28, of Middlesboro, arrested on four bench warrants for court, and on the charges of receiving stolen property and theft by deception;
Joey Miracle, 27, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charges of serving bench warrant for court, failure to wear seat belts and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;
Joey Philpot, 38, of Pineville, arrested on the charges of operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;
Christopher Thacker, 23, of Middlesboro, arrested on the charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree terroristic threatening and second-degree disorderly conduct;
Jonathan Widener, 21, of Pineville, arrested on the charges of receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
