John Charles Gibson Sr., age 66, of Speedwell, Tn., passed away Saturday, February 10,2013 At his home. He was born October 29,1946 in Middlesboro, Ky. He was the son of the late Harry Gibson and Maxine White Gibson. He was also was preceded in death by one sister, Sue Earles and the mother of his child, Gwendolyn Smith Gibson.

Survivors include his son, John Charles (Cindy) Gibson Jr.; three granddaughters, Amy (Todd)Gibson, Amanda (Josh) Gibson, Brooke Gibson; three great-grandchildren, Madelyn and Jeffery Fuson and Lavren Berry; brothers, Ray (Silvia) Gibson, David (Lisa) Gibson and Bill Gibson; sister, Ann (John) Douglas; and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins and special friend David Mason.

Family and friends will have a gathering on February 16,2013 at John and Cindy house in remembrance of pap. Mr. Gibson was cremated at his request and there will be know service held.
