Bobby Joe Inman, 73, of Middlesboro, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born in Middlesboro on May 22, 1939 a son of the late Dewey and Ruth Butler Inman. He had been a mechanic at Cumberland Ford for many years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Harrell Inman; daughter, Bobbie Ruth Bible; step son, Charles Sweat; brothers and sisters, Johnny Inman, Ronnie Inman, Shirley Hembree, Margie Green, Betty Smitty and Earl Inman.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Virginia Brooks Inman; children, Tony and Margaret Jones, Kathy and Eddie Buttery, Robbie and Becky Inman, Mickie and Neal Smith and Cindy and Doug Bayless; step-children, James Sweat, Clarence and Kim Sweat, Glenn and Melissa Sweat and Lori and Donald Coots; he was blessed with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill and Opal Inman and Danny Inman and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be 6:00 p.m. Tuesday 19, at Binghamtown Baptist Church with Rev. William Boyd Bingham. Burial will follow in the Oakview Cemetery , Middlesboro. At his request, Mr. Inman was cremated.

The family will receive friends at Binghamtown Baptist Church prior to the services.
