Jessie Eugene Killion, age 83 of Middlesboro, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center, Barbourville, KY. He was born in Dott, West Virginia on May 17,1930. He was the son of the late Hughie Oscar and Floria Leach Killion. He was also preceded in death by two brothers; James Cruchfield and Robert Killion.

He was retired from the Middlesboro Tanning Company where he worked as a fork lift operator. He was a member of the old Auxiliary police force in Middlesboro, and a member of the Middlesboro order of Redmen. He was a member of the Binghamtown Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife; Pauline Bush Killion, two daughters; Sue (Mike) Beeler, Debbie (Bo) Weaver, three sons; Steve (Penny) Killion, Dale Killion and finance’ Teresa, Jeff (dede) Killion, 10 grandchildren; Sherri Lawless, Wendy Beeler, Jennifer Garren, Jessica Bayless, Becky Keck, Jason Weaver, Ashley Beeler Brock, Megan Killion, Courtney Killion, Olivia Killion, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, one sister; Venus Goins, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Shumate Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Boyd Bingham, III and Rev. Charles Bush officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenhills Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Rendy Bush, Jason Weaver, Sheldon Bush, Woody Bush, Ethan Bush, and David Bush. The family will be receiving friends Friday morning, May 24, 2013 from 10am until the funeral hour.
