She was born in Wise Co., and was a resident of Lee Co. all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elisha Prophet Roark and mother Francis Marcum Roark, also an older sister Betty Joe Roark and James H. Roark.
Survivors include her husband Randy Eldridge – Rose Hill; son & daughter-in-law, Charles & Michelle Eldridge – Galax, VA; grandchildren, Christina Landreth, Brandon Paschall, and Destiny Paschall; brothers, Dewey Ray Roark – Ewing; Jackie Lynn Roark – AL; Kennon Roark – Barbourville, KY; sister, Evelyn Scott Roark – Detroit, MI.
Visitation was from 4 to 5 p.m. on Monday, September 14 at the Arney-Mullins Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
A memorial service followed at 5 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kennon Roark officiating.
