She was the daughter of the late Joseph Warren Nagle and Ida Emma Ditty Nagle.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dillis G. Presnell; one daughter, Patricia A. Helton; infant son, Joseph Nagle Presnell; brothers: Eb Nagle, Joe Nagle, and Charlie Nagle; sisters: Rae Katherine Nagle, Lucy Wright, Pearl King, and Ethel Tinsley; nieces: Phyllis Kalfas, Betty Tinsley, and Ellen Sue Dorton; and nephew, Dennis Nagle.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo (Jim) Walker; son, Robert (Barbara) Presnell; sister, Laura Hayes; grandchildren: David, Timothy, and John Eric Walker, Christopher and Matthew Presnell, and Megan Gray; six great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Hugh Helton; nephews: John Dorton, Jack (Helen) Masters, Charles (Betty) Nagle, Keith (Jennifer) Nagle, John (Janice) Hayes, George (Sara) Hayes, Sonny (Carmen) Moorman; nieces: Margaret (Fred) Peace, Edith (Gary) Bailey, Carol (David) Edgy, and Peggy Crocker.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, October 8, at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt DuVall officiating.
Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
