Haley Irene Rich passed away peacefully at Pineville Community Hospital in Pineville on Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at the age of 88.

She was born on Dec. 28, 1923, to the late Grover and Bertena Mink Rich. She had been a homemaker and a believer in the Holiness faith.

Haley was predeceased in death by her parents, Grover and Bertena Rich; brothers, Eugene Rich and Fred Rich; sisters, Edith Rich and Mabel Rich. She is survived and fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Johnson presiding.

Burial was in Hammonds Cemetery at Flatlick. The family received friends from noon until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at the Brooks-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville.
