Terry Shannon Hensley, 39 of Calvin, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at his home. He was born in Middlesboro on August 10, 1973, the son of Ruby Gambrel Hensley. He believed in the Baptist Faith and was a member of Wasioto Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother, Ruby Gambrel Hensley; brothers and sisters, Earl Dean Hensley of Calvin; Gary and Tammy Hensley of Seneca, S.C.; Teresa and Doug Wilder of Pineville and Yvonne and Jimmy Hurst of Middlesboro; nieces, Jennifer Nicole Hurst Longworth of Middlesboro, Annette Wilder Smith and husband of Adam of Harrogate, Beverly Wilder Lawson and husband, Joe; two special great nieces that he loved very much Cassidy and Alyssa Smith of Harrogate, Tenn. and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services were at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Robey Walters. Music was by Jimmy Haley.

Burial will be at noon Friday at the Big Jim Cemetery at White Mountain with Earl Dean Hensley, Adam Smith and Joe Lawson and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Hensley Family. Light a virtual candle and sign the guest register at www.arnettsteele.com.
